Tuesday, January 17, 2012 PowerShares' Hit Product Gains Two Siblings PowerShares has launched two low volatility ETFs in the wake of the successful rollout of the PowerShares S&P 500 Low Volatility Portfolio last year. The newly launched ETFs are PowerShares S&P Emerging Markets Low Volatility Portfolio (EELV) and PowerShares S&P International Developed Low Volatility Portfolio (IDLV). Their older sibling, S&P 500 Low Volatility Portfolio, was launched in May of last year. That fund pulled in the highest monthly inflows of all ETFs listed in 2011.
