Friday, August 19, 2011 Bridgeway Preps a Small Cap Offering Bridgeway Capital Management [see profile] is gearing up to unveil the Bridgeway Omni Small Cap Value Fund at the end of the month. Morningstar analysts picked up on the SEC filing in their Fund Times column. The fund will employ a passive investing approach to bet on small-value stocks. The fund's PMs are John Montgomery, Rasool Shaik, and Christine Liang. Its net annual operating expense is 60 basis points.
