Two PMs Join a $1.4B Putnam Fund

The three-star, $1.4-billion Putnam Income Fund is adding a pair of PMs and removing a third [see filing]. On Tuesday Putnam [see profile] revealed that on July 27 David Choquette and Brett Kozlowski will join Kevin Murphy, Michael Salm and Raman Srivastava in PMing the fund.

Carl Bell has also been on the fund's PM team since 2008, yet the filing makes no mention of him continuing to help run the fund. MFWire.com could not immediately reach a Putnam spokesperson for comment on Bell's departure from the fund.

Neither Choquette nor Kozlowski is new to Putnam. Choquette joined the Boston-based mutual fund firm in 2002, and Kozlowski joined in 2008.
