Friday, June 3, 2011 Vanguard Lands on a List of Healthiest Employers Vanguard [see profile] is apparently the fourth healthiest employer in southeastern Pennsylvania. That's the conclusion the Philadelphia Business Journal revealed yesterday at an awards breakfast. "A conscious decision was made when they built this campus out here to incorporate wellness in the things that we do," Dottie McFalls, a principal in HR at the Malvern, Pennsylvani-based firm, reportedly told the Journal, pointing to the fitness center and the exercise-station-laden walking trail on the main campus for about two decades. Indianapolis-based Healthiest Employers conducted the 75-question online corporate assessments for the paper. The Journal first published the unranked top 40 list in April and then revealed the top five with the breakfast yesterday and profiles in today's issue.
