Monday, May 2, 2011 Russell Will Take Employees Out to the Ballgame It's spring and America's favorite past time is back in full swing, especially for employees at Russell Investments' Seattle headquarters. That's because in honor of the company's 75th anniversary celebration those employees will be invited to bring their families to watch the Seattle Mariners play the Philadelphia Phillies on June 18, Pensions & Investments reports. Celebrations kick off today to mark Russell's diamond anniversary. Russell has planned a slew of events for employees working in its 17 other offices around the world, Russell spokeswoman Kate Stouffer told the pub. Around 900 of Russell's total workforce of 1,750 employees are based in the Seattle office. Just for the record, the Mariners are currently in last place and the Phillies in first in their respective divisions. Play ball!
