U.S. Bancorp Fund Services just brought a legal administrator back to its team. Today the Milwaukee-based back-office provider confirmed the return of Angie Pingel as vice president and legal compliance officer.

Pingel, who has worked in the worlds of both law firms and of RIAs and broker-dealers, previously served as assistant vice president and senior counsel at the U.S. Bancorp unit from 2004 to 2007. She then spent almost two and a half years as vice president and securities counsel at Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company and secretary of M&I's Marshall Funds [see profile].

Jeannine Bajczyk, senior vice president and director of U.S. Bancorp Fund Services' legal administration department, praised Pingel for "her depth of experience and knowledge."
