Transamerica Wraps Up a Fund Adoption, Eyes More

Transamerica Asset Management [see profile] continues to keep its eye out for adoption prospects following the completion of its deal to take the TS&W International Equity Portfolio under its wing.

Transamerica on Tuesday renamed the fund Transamerica TS&W International Equity. Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley LLC serves as the sub-advisor.

"We continue to evaluate other potential fund adoption opportunities to complement our product line to meet the needs of our business partners and their customers," said John Carter, president and CEO of Transamerica Asset Management, in a press release.

Transamerica Capital Inc. will sell the fund within the financial institution, wirehouse and independent financial planner channels.
