Friday, February 25, 2011 Vanguard Slashes Some Prices and Rebrands Some ETFs Vanguard continues to tweak its offerings, most recently by cutting fees on seven index funds and re-branding four ETFs. "The reductions are a function of the way Vanguard funds operate," the firm explained in a statement. "When funds experience greater efficiencies (either through asset growth, operating cost reductions, or a combination of both), the savings are delivered to the fund owners in the form of lower expenses."
