Thursday, December 9, 2010 Seligman Says It, Too, Has Received a Subpoena Ameriprise unit J&W Seligman & Co. unit was also on the receiving end of a subpoena in connection with a goverment probe on insider trading, Bloomberg reports. "Like many other firms, a couple weeks ago, Seligman received a general information request that is not specific to individuals or securities," Bloomberg quotes Ameriprise spokesman Ben Pratt as stating in e-mailed comments.
