Tuesday, December 7, 2010 Hartford is Hiring Wholesalers The Hartford is on the hunt to fill two mutual fund wholesaler posts. The Connecticut-based firm is looking for a a wholesaler to cover wirehouse firms in the Northern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania territory, according to its Web site. It is also searching for a wholesaler to call on wirehouse advisors in the Southern Ohio and West Virginia territory. Both posts are pre-existing, according to Hartford spokeswoman Julia Zweig. The wholesalers will report to Terry Pettorini. Hartford Mutual Funds currently has 28 wholesalers covering the wirehouse channel.
