In June the state announced that it had selected Enterprise Capital Management to act as asset manager for the Tomorrow's College Investment Plan. The plan will be nationally distributed and sports a $257,460 account limit. It offers five age-based portfolios, two static allocation portfolios and 13 investment funds.
