Tuesday, September 3, 2002 Vanguard Names S-T Manager Gregory S. Nassour is the new portfolio manager of the Vanguard Variable Insurance Fund - Short Term Portfolio. The Valley Forge, Pennsylvania-based fund giant said today that Nassour joined Robert F. Auwaerter as a portfolio manager for the fund in July.
