Courtney Goethals Dobrow reported on the change in Morningstar's "Fund Times" column, revealing that fixed income chief Craig Ruch is leaving the KeyCorp mutual fund firm. Ruch's departure means Victory Core Bond will switch to a passive strategy, MStar reports, and the fixed-income sleeve of Victory Balanced will make the same switch.
