Wednesday, October 6, 2010 Neuberger Berman Nabs Goldman Sachs Vet Scott Kilgallen, formerly of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, has joined Neuberger Berman Group as a managing director overseeing intermediary distribution for retirement services, sub-advisory relationships, registered investment advisors and private banks, as well as distribution for middle-market institutional clients. Kilgallen, who most recently headed third-party distribution efforts for GSAM's North American sub-advisory, retirement services, middle-market corporate and hedge fund of funds businesses, was also previously in marketing positions at United Asset Management and Fidelity Investments. In a statement, Kilgallen's new boss, Andrew Komaroff, Neuberger Berman's global head of distribution, said: "Scott brings to Neuberger Berman 20 years of asset management experience and deep client relationships across the intermediary and institutional channels."
