Thursday, July 29, 2010 Hatteras Hires a Sub-Advisor Hatteras Alternative Mutual Funds has tapped Princeton, New Jersey-based Battenkill Capital Management Inc. as sub-advisor. Battenkill will employ its market neutral strategy on behalf of Hatteras funds. In a statement, Rick Franzen, portfolio manager at Battenkill, said Battenkill will primarily utilize pairs trades, combined with overlay directional trades within the energy, industrials and basic materials sectors.
