James stopped selling new shares on May 13 and the fund will close and redeem all outstanding shares on June 26, 2010, according to an SEC filing. The fund's board has approved the decision by James Investment Research to the liquidate the fund. Shareholders will be able to redeem their investments for cash or invest in other James products.
