The firm on Wednesday unveiled a new fund sub-advised by Herndon Capital Management. Class N shares of the Aston/Herndon Large Cap Value Fund carry an expense ratio of 130 basis points. PNC Global Investment Servicing serves as sub-administrator, transfer agent and dividend paying agent. PFPC Distributors is the underwriter and PFPC Trust Company serves as custodian.
