Morgan Asset Management, has left that firm to become president and ceo of Federated' investment advisory companies. He will provide overall leadership of Federated's investment management operations. * * * The Allied Irish Bank of the Republic of Ireland stated that there may have been a $750 milllion fraud attempted in the foreign exchange trading operations of its US subsidiary, according to The New York Times.
