Europe Gets a New Enterprise


Enterprise Capital Management is storming the beaches of Europe. The Atlanta-based firm today announced that it is opening a new fund firm -- Enterprise Global Funds plc -- that will be based out of Dublin, Ireland. The new firm will distribute dollar-and pound- denominated funds in Europe, South America and Asia.

As in the United States, the funds will be subadvised by institutional investment managers, said Victor Ugolyn, chairman, president and ceo of Enterprise Capital Management.

The new Enterprise family kicks off with eight funds:

  • Enterprise Small Company Value Portfolio managed by Gabelli Asset Management Company

  • Enterprise Equity Portfolio managed by TCW Investment Management Company

  • Enterprise Growth Portfolio managed by Montag & Caldwell, Inc.

  • Enterprise Large-Cap Portfolio managed by Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management

  • Enterprise Global Health Care Portfolio managed by Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management

  • Enterprise Global Socially Responsive Portfolio managed by Rockefeller & Co., Inc.

  • Enterprise Internet Portfolio managed by Fred Alger Management, Inc.

  • Enterprise Liquidity Portfolio managed by Enterprise Capital Management, Inc.
