Tuesday, June 26, 2001 CitiStreet Clients Get More Fund Info CitiStreet has added an informational service on investment products for its bundled retirement clients. In its latest move, the vendor has signed on with Thomson Financial to offer sponsors a fund research program. That program is called Vestek Select. "The goal here is to provide sponsors with an outside analysis of funds, so that they can get feedback on their possible investment choices. There are 350 funds from which our clients can choose. This will help them make decisions about the vast numbers of those offerings. It can also help them look individually, if they have a particular yen for a health portfolio or a tech portfolio," a spokesperson with CitiStreet told the 401kWire.com. "These enhanced profiles will reach our customers quicker than ever and can be accessed through our Plan Participant and Plan Sponsor Web sites, which will be automatically updated," added Lynn Rutherford, director of marketing communications for CitiStreet's corporate markets division.
