The Houston firm of Schwartz Junell has filed suit in federal court in Texas for break of fiduciary duties. * * * Speaking of beleaguered Enron, there was an article (you will need a password) in yesterday's New York Times about diversification of assets in 401(k) plans, especially following the fall in that company's stock prices.
