The firm is holding weekly live chats hosted by a financial advisor every Thursday from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. eastern time on a different financial planning topic. The first chat takes place today and will be hosted by Scott Tiras, a senior financial advisor from Houston, Texas. The topic is "How the new tax law affects your retirement and education planning."

The site will also feature an "Ask the Expert" section in which investors can post a question to be answered by an American Express financial advisor. Mark Delmar, senior financial advisor from Tampa, Florida, will host the first series of questions currently being submitted to Ask the Expert.

Ora Kaine, vice president of financial planning and quality of advice, explained that the shows a way the firm can respond to increased questions created by changes in the economy, the stock market and the tax code.
