Invista Capital Management, a subsidiary of the Principal Financial Group, has announced that it has gained three new institutional clients: FCCI Insurance, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Tennessee, and Empire District Electrical.

INVESCO Funds has promoted Charles Mayer to director of Value and Fixed Income Investments. He reports to Chief Investment Officer Tim Miller. Mayer will oversee INVESCO's fixed income portfolios and continue on the firm's value and equity-income strategies.
