GivingCapital provides the technology, processing, operations, and marketing expertise required to support a donor-advised fund.

HSBC continues to deny merger rumors involving Merrill Lynch, said a Reuters report addressing the rush of speculation after plans to increase HSBC bank's shares from 9.5 billion in issue to a maximum of 15 billion were revealed.

Additional features have been built into Fund WorldView, Brown Brothers Harriman's fund information platform. Expected improvements will include a more user friendly interface and improved query capabilities, with the capacity to cross-reference across multiple criteria based on fund family, classification, performance, registration, and other information.

BISYS announced today the acquisition of the Insurance Exchange of America (IXA), an insurance brokerage firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The United States Navy now has a cash card. That's right, our sailors and Marines no longer have to carry around pesky cash while on or off duty or in the heat of battle. Vanguard now offers Admiral Shares in to large and long-tenured account holders in eight additional funds, bringing the low-expense share class to a total of 28 funds. Additional plans are underway to add Admiral Shares to an additional 26 funds.
