Friday, January 12, 2001 Touchstone Fills Vacancies Touchstone has appointed three regional wholesalers. Don Marcello, Jennifer Rommel, and Ken Shell are the new vice presidents, filling vacancies left by two departures and an internal shift. Touchstone officials would not comment on the two wholesalers who left the firm. Marcello was promoted from his position with the firm as internal marketing representative. He is in charge of Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Marcello replaces John Whitfield, who switched to a different region. Rommel comes from CNA Life Insurance, where she had been an internal marketing representative. Her territory covers Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. Ken Shell, previously a financial advisor for Legg Mason Wood Walker, will cover Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas.
