Delaware Investments has tapped OppenheimerFunds to fill a product management position that opened as a part of the recent reshuffling of its staff.

Jeffrey Kellogg joins the Philadelphia-based firm as vice president, fixed income and international mutual fund product manager in Delaware's Retail Investor Services unit. He replaces SooHee Lee, who is now vice president, sub-advisory services, with responsibility for increasing sales of Delaware's sub-advised variable annuity and mutual fund products.

Kellogg will be responsible for the strategic positioning of the funds, the ongoing management and promotion of the funds, identifying emerging market trends and developing new fixed income and international products, according to the company.

At New York-based OppeheimerFunds he was a product manager in the firm's domestic equity product management area and was responsible for the strategic positioning and active promotion for a targeted group of domestic equity funds.
