David Miles has been named executive vice president of AMCORE Financial, a holding company in Rockford, Ill. He was also named president and CEO of the AMCORE Investment Group, and will head AMCORE'S e-commerce project.

In his role at role at AMCORE Financial, he will report directly to COO Ken Edge.
