For thirteen years, Quill was vice president of global cross business development at the Boston fund company -- for the last year he has been working with Scudder as president of Quill Consulting, working on a project examining its mutual fund reporting processes.

Quill is now working on several more long-term research projects for FRC, including the future of exchange-traded funds, the cost structure of wholesale distributed funds, and the future of tax-managed funds. He reports directly to Neil Bathon, president of FRC.
