has launched a new all-cap growth fund, the Nations Marsico 21st Century Fund, sub-advised by Marsico Capital Management, the Charlotte North Carolina-based firm announced today.

The new fund will be managed by Jim Hillary, a founding member of Marsico Capital Management, who will concentrate the aggressive growth fund in 35 to 50 securities, primarily those taking "leadership roles in the transition to a new, information- based global economy."

Tom Marsico said that the new fund is a logical extension of its research process which involves investigating the "competitors, suppliers and customers of the primarily large-cap companies in which its funds invests," uncovering opportunities which the new fund will invest in.
