Waterhouse Promotions


TD Waterhouse Group has promoted Randall Miller to executive vice president and chief marketing officer and Karen Buck to senior vice president of TD Waterhouse Investor Services in Hong Kong.

    • In his new role, Miller will have responsibility for all marketing functions. One of his first initiatives will be the launching of a global branding campaign for TD Waterhouse. He was formerly executive vice president of marketing for Waterhouse.

    In her new position, Buck will introduce Hong Kong investors to some of the firm's financial services, such as Internet trading. She will also oversee the firm's Hong Kong operations, which will serve as a platform for expansion into other Asian markets.

    Most recently Buck oversaw the expansion of the firm's Asia Pacific business, which serves American investors who want to conduct business in one of several different Asian countries.

    Both executives will report to Frank Petrilli, president and chief operating officer of TD Waterhouse Group.

    Miller will continue to carry the responsibilities of his former position while Buck's duties were distributed among other executives.
