Sometimes people just can't make up their minds. Thomas Bivin and Mark Minnucci have rejoined Ivy Mackenzie Management after leaving for a small stint.

    • Thomas Bivin has been named executive vice president and national sales manager and has become a member of the executive strategic planning and the product strategy development committees.

    Before leaving Ivy Mackenzie, Bivin was senior vice president, responsible for sales in the Midwest. In April he joined Bear Stearns' Asset Management Team.

    Mark Minnucci has returned from Keystone Investment where he concentrated on sales and national accounts. He has been given the title of senior vice president, wholesaler. He is now responsible for sales in a five-state Mid-Atlantic region where he will concentrate on selling Ivy funds and the International Solutions fund family.
