Tuesday, October 30, 2001 CDC Ixis Promotes Marketer CDC Ixis Asset Management Intermediary Services has promoted a pair of senior executives. Robert Krantz has taken the title of senior vice president, marketing and operations at the distribution and marketing arm of the French firm. Spiro A. Christopulos takes the title of vice president, director of finance. Both executives report to Douglas Dumond, president of the unit. The promotions reflect a growth in both men's responsibilities over time, said a spokesperson. Neither is replacing an existing executive. Krantz will head marketing and operations for the firm's institutional intermediary channels. Those include defined contribution, retail fund supermarket, fee-based advisor, and sub-advisory. CDC Ixis Asset Management Intermediary Services handles marketing for affiliates, including: Harris Associates/Oakmark Funds, Loomis Sayles & Co, AEW Capital Management, Capital Growth Management, Jurika & Voyles, Reich & Tang Funds, Snyder Capital, WestPeak Global Advisors and Vaughan, Nelson, Scarborough & McCullough.
