Monday, August 13, 2001 OppFunds Selects DST Vision OppenheimerFunds has tapped DST to move its fund info online. The firm will be using DST's advisor Web portal, Vision, to accomplish the task. Kansas City-based DST claims that it now has 150 fund families using the tool. It also claims more than 150,000 registered users for the service. The unit of MassMutual is upgrading its services as part of an effort to provide information to advisors whenever and however they choose, said Andrew Ruotolo, chief executive officer of Oppenheimer Funds Services. Vision is a secure system which allows advisors and intermediaries to look up account information. The fund firm expects to roll out the offering based on DST Vision in fourth quarter of this year.
