Wednesday, September 27, 2000 IFS Taps VP for TA Biz Integrated Fund Services (IFS) has named Jeffrey Rutowski as vice president of transfer agent services. He joins the Cincinnati-based firm from Bisys Fund Services in Columbus, Ohio were he was vice president of operation adminstration -- tranfer agent. Rotowski will be responsible for all transfer agent functions, including shareholder servicing, cash control, operations and transaction processing for the firm. He will report to David Dennison, chief operating officer. IFS serves 29 fund complexes with more than 70,000 accounts and $15 billion in assets.
