Wednesday, January 6, 2010 Heartland is on the Hunt to Fill a C-Level Post Value fund shop Heartland Advisors is searching for a new chief financial officer, said Paul Beste, chief operating officer at the Milwaukee-based firm. The job opened with the departure of Christine Johnson, who left the company late last month. "We're in the preliminary stages of looking for qualified candidates," Beste told The MFWire. Johnson spent three years at Heartland and previously worked at Northwestern Mutual, Deloitte and Arthur Andersen. Heartland manages three mutual funds.
