Monday, December 21, 2009 A PowerShares ETF Halts Trading Trading of the PowerShares DB U.S. Dollar Index Bullish Fund came to a halt on Friday after the ETF ran out of available shares, The Wall Street Journal reported. This came amid strong market appetite for bullish dollar products. PowerShares has filed with the SEC for the creation for 240 million more shares of the ETF.
