Friday, October 30, 2009 Bogle Reopens a Fund Bogle Investment Management is reopening the $84.6 million Bogle Small-Cap Growth on November 1, the Newton, Massachusetts, fund group revealed this week in an SEC filing. The investor share class has an expense ratio of 135 bps, and the institutional share class takes 125 bps. The fund has been closed since 2002. Though Morningstar gives both share classes a two-star rating, its reopening prompted the research firm's Courtney Goethals Dobrow to call it a "good chance for investors to get into a top small-blend fund." The fund is managed by John C. Bogle, Jr., who founded the firm, and the fund, in 1999. Printed from: MFWire.com/story.asp?s=23100 Copyright 2009, InvestmentWires, Inc. All Rights Reserved |
