Though the thundering herd has thinned amid the turmoil stemming from last year's Fed-arranged shotgun wedding between Merrill Lynch and Bank of America, Merrill remains a powerful source of distribution for fund firms. How the exits of Bob McCann and more recently of Dan Sontag, and the arrival of Sallie Krawcheck would impact the brokerage's culture and direction would be interesting to see. Donnelly, who joined Merrill Lynch in 1996, has occupied leadership roles in the managed asset product realm, including global relationship management, product management and marketing. She worked in insurance and banking before joining Merrill. Printed from: MFWire.com/story.asp?s=22759 Copyright 2009, InvestmentWires, Inc. All Rights Reserved |
