Huntington Funds revealed that it now employs Unified Financial Securities to serve as sub-administrator and distributor for for the firm's family of 32 funds. Indianapolis-based Unified has served as the funds' transfer agent since 2002, and the Unified companies became wholly-owned subsidiaries of Huntington Bancshares in 2006. Fund services for the family were previously provided by Huntington National Bank, and the changes were filed for with the SEC this spring.

"We are proud to expand our relationship with them as sub-administrator and distributor as we feel their expertise will be integral in our efforts to expand our fund family and grow assets."
