-- PlanAhead Class® changed to Investor Class.
-- Service Class changed to Advisor Class.

The American Beacon Funds - Investor Class is a retail class offered primarily to individual investors, mid-size corporate 401(k) plans, retirement accounts, plan sponsors, broker-dealers and other organizations.

The American Beacon Funds - Advisor Class is offered primarily to smaller retirement plans and individual investors who invest through intermediary organizations, such as broker-dealers or third party administrators.
