Friday, June 6, 2008 Top Fido Legal Voice is Out Fidelity's top fund lawyer is returning to the ivory tower Reuters reports that Eric Roiter, senior vice president and general counsel of Fidelity Management & Research Co, left the firm on May 31. He will be teaching as an adjunct professor at both Harvard Law School and Boston University Law School in the Fall. Roiter will be replaced by Scott Goebel, a senior attorney with Fidelity.
