Unified Automates Boardbooks Process for Clients

Unified Fund Services wants to make it easier for its funds' boards to operate. The Indianapolis, Indiana-based back office provider has retained the services of Diligent BoardBooks to automate its boardbooks process.

"We approached this as a better way of doing things," Tony Ghoston, president of Unified Fund Services, told the MFWire.

Ghoston added that Diligent's services help the company save time, paper and efficiency. He said the service is especially helpful to small funds.

"This was an opportunity to help our clients become more efficient in the area of fund administration," Ghoston said.
