A Democratic Fund is Having a Blue Period

The Democratic party's unofficial mutual fund complex has been having some problems of late. In today's WSJ FundTrack, Daisy Maxey reports Blue Investment Management, which invests in companies that act according to Democratic party principles and those that are big donors to the Democrats, is faltering. Recently the Blue closed down its Blue Small Cap Fund, which managed less than $1 million. The company is also re-branding its other fund, the Blue Large Cap Fund, which manages less than $10 million. The fund will now simply be known as the Blue Fund.
