Thursday, April 24, 2008 Vanguard Plans its Second Global Index Fund It seems Vanguard is putting more focus on global investing. The Valley-Forge company has filed to launch a second fund that tracks the FTSE All-World Index, just weeks after it filed for its first global index fund. The first fund, the Vanguard Global Stock Index Fund, is scheduled to launch sometime this quarter, while the latest global fund, the Vanguard Total World Stock Index Fund, is slated to launch June 17, according the the SEC filing. The expense ratios for the Total World Stock Index Fund will be 45 bps for investor shares.
