Tuesday, April 1, 2008 Mass. 529 Shop Names New President Newton, Massachusetts-based 529 shop Upromise Investments has a new president following a surprising departure. Investment News reports that James Fadule, the company's former president and founder, left the company in early March. Taking over for Fadule will be Mark Chapleau, the firm's general counsel.
