Goldman Investment Management Arm is Down to One Boss

Peter Kraus, 55, a co-head of Goldman Sach's investment management arm, which includes its fund business, is retiring at the end of the month. Reuters reports that Kraus' retirement follows a year of disappointing hedge fund returns. Kraus' retirement leaves Edward Forst, who succeeded 23-year Goldman vet, Eric Schwartz, as co-head of the asset management business in September, as the sole executive in charge of asset management.
