Thursday, February 21, 2008 A Bay Area Fund Shop Hires an Institutional Sales VP RS Investments has hired Jared Buell as vice president of institutional sales. Buell will be responsible for the 401(k) and sub-advisory channels. Prior to coming over to RS, Buell was director of sub-Advisory and retirement sales at Phoenix Investment Partners.
