Wednesday, February 13, 2008 Muni Funds Turn to Taxable Securities In Wednesday's Wall Street Journal Fund Track column, Diya Gullapalli and Tom Lauricella wrote that at least three municipal money market funds have purchased taxable securities due to the turmoil in the municipal bond market. TD Asset Management USA Funds bought Treasurys and other taxable securities for three municipal money market funds in the latter part of last year.
