Tuesday, January 22, 2008 SEC to Issue Soft Dollar Guidance There will soon be new guidance coming from the SEC on soft dollars, Investment News reports. Speaking at a Washington conference sponsored by the American Law Institute-American Bar Association of Philadelphia, Jennifer McHugh, senior advisor to the SEC's investment management division, said that the commission was working on an interpretive release on the subject.
