Thursday, January 24, 2002 AIM Weingarten Manager Steps Aside Jonathan C. Schoolar has stepped down as lead portfolio manager of the AIM Weingarten Fund. Lanny H. Sachnowitz takes the reigns from Schooler and Ronald S. Sloan, the lead manager for AIM Mid Cap Equity Fund, will assume Sachnowitz's managerial role with AIM Charter Fund.
